Service Description

Over an hour and a half, follow your own rhythm between spending time in the sauna and cooling off between rounds under the hose and in the ice bath. This is more of a social session though we are still silent while inside the sauna. Bring an extra towel to sit on and water to drink. Listen to your body and do what feels good🙏❤️

Cancellation Policy

In order to get a full refund of your booking, please cancel or reschedule 3 hours before the session. You can do this by logging into the website and going to your profile. Under 'Edit Profile' you will find 'Your Bookings' where you can cancel or reschedule.
