Service Description

Recommended for our regulars needing a quick fix sauna immersion, or those new to the hot-cold experience and wanting a taste of the wellness magic. Limited to 8 people. Perfect for couples and small groups. To gain the full benefits of hot-cold exposure, spend up to 10-15 minutes in the sauna, before taking an icy plunge or a cold shower and repeat.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given made with 48 hours of arrival. However you can reschedule your session to another time with 24 hours notice.
