We are so excited to host our first Sauna and Sound Bath! The afternoon will consist of three guided rounds of sauna and ice bath from 2-3pm. You will then have time to change into something comfy, have a tea on the Solscape deck with stunning views and then get cosy for the sound bath with blankets and bolsters in the beautiful yoga studio upstairs! The sound bath will be given by Annie Jameson with her alchemy crystal singing bowls. She has been playing the bowls for 13 years and has had over 10 million streams worldwide of her music online. Her music is played on Air New Zealand and the NZ Police Well-Being app.
