We are so excited to host our first Sauna and Sound Bath! The afternoon will consist first of three guided rounds of sauna and ice bath from 2-3pm. You will then have time to change into something comfy, have a tea on the deck and get cosy for the sound bath with blankets and bolsters in the beautiful yoga studio at Solscape! The sound bath will be given by Annie Jameson, world famous on Spotify with over 10 million streams! She will bathe us with alchemy crystal singing bowls, crystal lyre and chimes.
